This Terms of Service agreement outlines the relationship between Delete Tech and you, the customer. By accepting Delete Tech’s services—whether electronically, in writing, or by using our services (including, but not limited to, submitting content, making payments, or authorizing payments)-you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Description of Service
Delete Tech provides a range of online services, including assisting with the removal of negative reviews by appealing to platforms such as Google and Yelp. The company disclaims all responsibility for the availability, timeliness, security, or reliability of its services. Additionally, Delete Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time, with or without notice, and assumes no liability to the customer for such changes.
2. Proper Use
Customers agree to address any issues concerning the company directly with Delete Tech before pursuing legal action. Customers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication and settlement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Delete Tech does not claim ownership of any content you upload, transmit, or store in its database. This includes text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other materials. The content will only be used to provide services as agreed upon.
4. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: 1. The information you provide to Delete Tech is accurate and up-to-date. 2. You have the necessary rights, authority, and ability to enter this agreement and perform the actions required. Delete Tech specializes in website development, content creation, CMS development, and high-tech software solutions. Projects typically take 7-60 days to complete. Payment terms are either on a post-paid success basis.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, labor disputes, changes in law or government policies, riots, war, pandemics, equipment failures, or interruptions in third-party services.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delete Tech, including its parent organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of its tools or services. Refunds, if warranted through arbitration, will be limited to the amount paid to Delete Tech by the client.
Terms and Conditions
Refunds are not provided for services rendered unless the services are proven to be incomplete based on the agreed terms. Complaints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company reserves the right to make decisions regarding refund requests accordingly.
